Flue Gas Expansion Joints

Our flue gas expansion joints serve to compensate for structural movements resulting from thermal expansion and vibration in industrial systems. These proprietary expansion joints have a unique design with dual protective liners on both sides that slide into each other, effectively shielding the bellows from lateral shear and bending stress. This design significantly increases the lifespan and operational safety of the expansion joint.

Flue Gas Silencers

Our flue gas silencers are engineered to effectively reduce noise levels generated in industrial systems while introducing minimal flow resistance. Each silencer is custom-designed to the system's specific parameters, considering noise level, operating temperature, and flow conditions. Noise attenuation is achieved through a combination of perforated plate structures and special heat-resistant insulating materials, providing reliable performance even under extreme conditions. With proper sizing and internal baffle arrangement, frequency-specific noise reduction can be optimized to meet industrial noise abatement requirements.

Flue Gas Chimneys

Our flue gas chimneys are designed and manufactured in line with operational requirements, ensuring proper flow conditions and long-term operational safety. Materials – for example, stainless steels like 1.4571 or 1.4841 – are selected based on operating temperature and flue gas composition. In designing the structure, we pay special attention to accommodating thermal expansion, draining condensate, and ensuring corrosion resistance.

Gas Engines, Power & Heating Plants – Mechanical Installation and Maintenance

We undertake the mechanical installation of gas engines and gas turbines, the construction of flue gas and air ducts, as well as their maintenance. Throughout our work, we ensure precise assembly, appropriate solutions for thermal expansion and vibration damping, and long-term, reliable operation.

Flue Gas Piping Systems

We design and manufacture flue gas piping systems tailored to the given operating conditions, ensuring a long service life and reliable performance. The materials used – for example, 1.4571 or 1.4841 heat-resistant stainless steel – are chosen based on the thermal and chemical demands. Welding is performed by certified welders using modern TIG (141) processes, with special attention to the base materials' specific requirements, thereby ensuring excellent quality and a reliable structural design.

Boiler House Piping

We carry out complete boiler house isometric piping installations, performing assembly based on professionally prepared isometric drawings and taking into account thermal expansion movements and flow conditions. Welding is done by certified welders using TIG (141) and shielded metal arc (111) processes, guaranteeing reliable, long-lasting joints. We source components from trusted suppliers with short lead times and competitive prices. Thanks to our flexible approach, we can quickly and effectively handle modifications that arise during implementation – for example, the addition of a nozzle afterward.
